What does Every.Last.Step mean to me? Every time I head to the gym, I park in the very last parking spot. I go at least a minute more then I set out to at the gym.
I go a few steps further during my walk than I promise myself.
I am not cheating myself. I am taking Every.Last.Step

Coincidence that when you type into Google, "How many calories do I need" that the first website that pops up to help you calculate is "American Cancer Society". I think not.
