What does Every.Last.Step mean to me? Every time I head to the gym, I park in the very last parking spot. I go at least a minute more then I set out to at the gym.
I go a few steps further during my walk than I promise myself.
I am not cheating myself. I am taking Every.Last.Step

Unhealthy impacts more than just you
Found this in my work notebook today. If this doesn't speak volumes to how my old lifestyle was not just impacting me...I don't know what does.
