Month 1 Weigh In

15 pounds lost
What weighs 15 pounds: 10 dozen large eggs
Size lost: 1.5 sizes
Clothes to Goodwill: 3 pair jeans that I can pull off and on without unbuttoning

Weekly Fitness
Walk/Run: 10.67 miles 
Eliptical: 2 hours 15 minutes

Benefits Felt
Playing on the floor with the girls
Can pull my stretches further and hold longer
Getting easier to control my eating (becoming a habit)
Energy level is up
Stress level lower
Able to wear a pair of jeans I haven't put on in over a year

Month 2, I'm looking forward to us meeting
