What does Every.Last.Step mean to me? Every time I head to the gym, I park in the very last parking spot. I go at least a minute more then I set out to at the gym.
I go a few steps further during my walk than I promise myself.
I am not cheating myself. I am taking Every.Last.Step

How do I know this is for real
How do you know your transition is real? You walk all day and you come home and can't wait to go walk again.
